THE GOAL: To raise money towards organ donation.
To do this each individual team runner must raise/pay $50 as a donation. They are also required to raise/pay an additional $80 for entrance into the race.
It would be great to raise additional funds that can be donated to this organization. As a team member or volunteer if you know of anyone who is interested in donating money to this cause we will be posting a list of sponsers on our blog site.

During The Relay, known as California's Longest Party, passing the baton to my next team member will symbolize the transfer of an organ from donor to recipient. The 2010 Relay is dedicated to seven-year-old Katie Grace Groebner who needs a new heart and lungs.
